GROUP GROOVE
If you can move, you can Groove. You'll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes. Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you Get A Move On! with Group Groove®.

GROUP KICK
Group Kick® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

GROUP POWER
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

GROUP RIDE
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

GROUP STEP
Discover new heights with Group Step®! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.

LITE/LOW IMPACT A strictly low impact aerobic class. Tempo moves to a slower pace with fewer directional changes. Lite/Low is a fun, safe workout for all.
PILATES See Pilates page for information and Pilates prices. 
SALSA Come boogie to a Latin beat! Provides a solid cardio workout with a Latin flavor. Steps are broken down for all fitness and coordination levels.
STEP An intense cardio workout using variable height step benches. Fun music with lots of energy makes this class a long-standing favorite!
WRT
(Water Resistance Training)
An aerobic workout in the water. A great way to get an aerobic workout and tone muscles in a non-impact environment. Foam dumbbells and other devices are used to add resistance and intensity. Please advise your instructor if you are not a swimmer. The pool is 4.5 feet deep.

The pool is reserved for the WRT class, however, if the class has less than 10 participants, 1 Lap lane will remain open for non class swimmers. Please respect that there is a class in progress.

POWER PLUNGE &
HYDRO CARDIO AEROBICS

Power Plunge - Bring your goggles and love of water for this 60 min. class held in the pool. Take your water workout above and below with powerful cardio moves that will leave you breathless. This class is not open to non-swimmers.  Hydro Cardio -  If you are looking for a challenging cardio water workout - this is the class for you. 

The pool is reserved for water aerobic classes, however, if the class has less than 10 participants, 1 Lap lane will remain open for non class swimmers. Please respect that there is a class in progress.

YOGA A yoga class including exercises that strengthen, tone and stretch muscles and joints; combined with breathing, visualization and relaxation techniques.
ZUMBA

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
